Fluid Reservoir Status
The system monitors the use of disinfectant, alcohol, and detergent. The percentage of uid remaining
appears in the footer of all screens.

WARNING Relling the container with the incorrect uid may cause the endoscope to be
improperly disinfected. Do not use the endoscope on a patient if this occurs.
Wear protective clothing, gloves and eye wear. The disinfectant and detergent manufacturers
may recommend additional protection.
If the uid reservoir status indicates that the detergent or alcohol volume is low, then you must follow the
alcohol or detergent loading process to ll the appropriate uid reservoir.
Note: A program does not stop if a 0% volume level is reached during a cycle. An error message appears
and you must replace the uids.
The uid levels in the detergent and alcohol reservoirs are monitored with oat switches. A cycle cannot
be initiated if sufcient uid is not available. The replace uid utilities must be run once out of uid is
detected even though the reservoirs have been relled.
