System Errors
Asi error: %d: %s C-001
Cause: There is a temporary interruption in the connection between the SCU and the MEDIVATORS
®
ADVANTAGE PLUS
®
Automated Endoscope Reprocessor machine.
Action: Check the message at the lower left of the screen. If it says “SCU connected” then the connection
has been restored. Press the Open/Close
button or the Start button to continue. If
the message says “ASi disconnected” then attempt the action listed below.
Cause: There is a power failure in the machine or the plug is loose.
Action: Check the plug. If it is not loose, report the failure to the maintenance department.
No hardware denition received. Hardware not initialized C-012
Cause: This error occurs if there is a problem with the SCU control software. This denition is the
layout of the SCU control and is determined by the conguration of machine. Possible issues
are in the following list:
• Installation of the SCU layout is not found.
• The LIO program was incorrectly installed.
• Software problem.
• Communication problem with the ASi interface.
Action: Report the error to the MEDIVATORS ADVANTAGE PLUS system manager.
