O-Ring Lubrication
1. Using a cloth, dry the O-rings on the connection columns. Check for wear and replace as needed.
2. Take a small amount of O-ring grease between your thumb and index nger and spread it diagonally
on the connector plate along the rst two columns.
3. Repeat these two steps for the other three pairs of columns.
4. Spread the grease lengthwise along the O-rings with your thumb and index nger.

Basin Drain Screen
Using a screen hook, remove and clean the screen. Check for wear and replace as needed.
Air Filter Replacement

Automated Endoscope Reprocessor has four (4) air lters.
Each lter should be replaced every 6 months.
1. Acquire new inline lter assemblies (See Appendix B for replacement part numbers).
2. Open the right and left blue-doors and locate the lters.
