Ignore Unknown Characters
Unknown characters are characters that the decoder does not recognize. When "Ignore Unknown Characters" is
selected, all bar code data is sent except for unknown characters, and no error beeps are sounded. When "Convert
Error on Unknown Characters" is selected, bar codes containing at least one unknown character are not sent to the
decoder, and a Convert Error beep is sounded.
