Up to 1024 characters can be entered for the mail text.•
Press [ • ] to enter a line break. A line break takes up two characters.
Press [ViewText] to confirm the mail text that has been entered. Press [Edit] to return to the •
entry screen.

Press [Enter].

Specify the destination, and press <Start>.

When you go back to step 6 and press [Preview] in advance to press <Start>, you can confirm •
all the entered information on the cover page.
Using a Template
Load the document, and press <Fax>.

Press the [Advanced] tab.

Press [Cover Page].

Select [ON].

If you select [OFF], the cover page setting is disabled. If you selected [OFF], press [Enter] and
proceed to step 14.
Press [Format].

Select the format, and press [Enter].
