(b) When providing a legacy CS in the same system as a Master IP-CS
When both calling area of legacy CS and Wireless Block of IP-CS are overlapped, Master IP-CS
synchronizes with legacy CS. Although Master and a Submaster IP-CS is specified by setting
data, Master and a Submaster IP-CS will operate as a Slave IP-CS, respectively.
