(c) When the Master IP-CS operates by its self
Master IP-CS detects synchronization destination in the following order. When the Master IP-
CS failed to detect all the destination, it starts operating by itself with continuing to detect the
destination. Then soon after it founded the destination, it synchronizes with the destination.
• IP-CS/legacy CS specified by CMAD Y=22 that has different SYS-ID from Master IP-CS
SYS-ID
• IP-CS/legacy CS that has same SYS-ID as Master IP-CS SYS-ID and has already provided
the wireless synchronization
