Operational PPI Report and Historic Reports
This report displays, the total items.
The above PPI reports are available:

The Operational PPI Report option displays the currently running PPI report (use of
PPI rate for a selected period of time) including Mail Format s used depending on
the type of PPI.
•
The 'Historic' options display the two previously recorded reports.
Requirements
To generate these reports, you can to be logged in as a user or supervisor.
Output
The Operational PPI Report and Historic Report outputs are:
•
Screen
•
USB printer
CommentsFields
For each PPI indicia (including date only PPI
if present):
•
PPI friendly name
•
PPI mail-piece total count
•
Total weight.
Grand total mail-piece count for all the PPI
indicia.
