9.2 Application PCB Package
N715-EA adopts the 76-pin LCC + 72-pin LGA form package. The recommended application PCB
package is as follows:
To achieve higher yield during module production, it is recommended that the distance between other
components on the PCB board and the module pads be at least 3 mm to avoid the risk of tin connection when
using stepped stencil.
