SET/SHOW NAME
Use the set name command to set a system name string. Use the show name command to display the system name
string.
Command form set name name-string
show name
Examples
• Set the system name string to SmartNA-X 10G Network Access:
• Show system name string:
name-string Specifies the appliance name. Use up to 19 alphanumeric characters (spaces
allowed). If the string includes a comma and you are using a RADIUS server, the
comma will replaced by an underscore when viewed in server logs. Default value:
“Network Critical”.
CONTROLLER>set name SmartNA-X 10G Network Access
