Component
Description
Disconnect Switch Provides electrical power to the afterfilter.>>> 1 <<<
E−Stop Shuts down the powder coating system in an emergency.
Exhaust Fan Motor
Switch
Provides power to the fan motor Variable Frequency Drive (VFD).
VFD Start/Stop Starts and stops the exhaust fan. The exhaust fan can also be stopped and
started from the Main System Panel if remote operation is enabled.
Fluidize Air Switch and
Indicator Light
Turns on or off fluidizing air to the waste hopper at the bottom of the afterfilter.
Transfer Pump Switch
and Indicator Light
Turns on or off air to the transfer pumps.
Cartridge Filter
Cleaning Switch
Turns on cartridge filter pulsing. Cartridge filters are pulsed in sequence, from
number 1−15, according to the settings on the timer board in the Pulse Timer
Junction Box on the side of the pulse valve compartment.
