Color Change Status
Touch the Color Change Control button on the Control menu to access

This screen allows the operator to monitor the progress of the automatic
color change process and know when to start cleaning the booth. Check
marks appear next to the sequence steps as each system signal is sent or
received. The status messages on the left appear as each stage of the
process is completed. These messages also appear on the System Control
screen, along with a Restart Hold message.
The automatic color change sequence occurs as follows:
1. CC Enable From FC: The operator at the feed center has initiated the
color change process. Color Change Active indicator appears.
2. CC Enable To GNMV: Signal is sent to the gun mover control panel.
Oscillators or reciprocators move to the blow-off position, then the guns
are retracted to the purge position while they are blown off.
3. Guns @ Purge Pos From GNMV: Signal received indicating that the
guns are at the purge position.
4. Guns @ Purge Pos To FC: Signal is sent to the feed center indicating
that the guns are at the purge position. Feed center lances are lowered
onto the purge manifold, clamped in place, and purge air is turned on.
5. Guns Purge Done From FC: Signal received from the feed center
indicating that the gun purge is complete. Internal Gun Purge Done
indicator appears.
6. Guns Purge Done To GNMV: Signal sent to the gun mover control
panel indicating that the gun purge is complete. Positioners then move
to the full in position and the gun blow off starts, blowing off the full
length of the guns.
