System Control Screen
Touch the System Control button on the Control menu to access the
System Control screen:

WARNING: Make sure that all personnel are clear of the afterfilter and gun
movers before touching the Start button.
System Start/Stop: These buttons will start and stop the exhauster and
gun movers (oscillators or reciprocators), depending on the system
configuration:
S If Remote Start is enabled, the Start button turns on the exhauster and
the gun movers. The Status message changes from OFF to ON.
S If Remote Start is NOT enabled, the System Start button turns on only
the gun movers. The exhaust fan must be turned on at the afterfilter
control panel.
S If Remote Start is enabled and the exhauster is running, when you press
the Stop button on the touch screen, there is a wait period of about 60
seconds before you can restart the exhauster. The Restart Hold
message appears below the Start/Stop buttons on the screen.
Light On/Off: Turns on and off the booth lights.
System Interlocks: Indicates the status of the system main control relay,
flame detection system, and gun mover VFD drives. If an interlock is open
the Start/Stop Status message reads INT OPEN and the system motors
cannot be started.
Color Change Status Messages: Indicate the progress of the color
change process. When the feed center operator turns ON the Color
Change switch, the Color Change Active message appears.
