Startup
Use the following procedure to start up the system each day.
1. Turn the system, feed center, and afterfilter control panel disconnect
switches to the ON position.
2. Press the System Start pushbutton on the front of the Main System
Panel.
3. Touch the Control Menu button on the Main Menu. The Control Menu
opens.
4. Touch the System Control button on the Control Menu. The System
Control screen opens.
5. Check the system interlock status. The system cannot be started if any
of the indicators are red. Correct the problem before continuing.
WARNING: Make sure that all personnel are clear of the afterfilter and gun
movers before touching the System Start button.
6. Touch System Start button on the System Control screen.
S If Remote Start/Stop is Enabled, the exhaust fan and oscillators or
reciprocators start.
S If Remote Start/Stop is Not Enabled, only the oscillators or
reciprocators start.
If instead of starting an alarm message appears on the screen, correct
the problem and restart the system. Refer to pages 4-7 and 4-8.
7. See Figure 4-9. To start the Exhaust Fan manually go to the Afterfilter
Control Panel and turn the Exhaust Motor ON, then press the VFD
Start button.
