Fold the Aerodecks back, one section at a time,
while walking through the duct toward the exhaust
opening, blowing off the duct, walls, and roof.
DO NOT SCRATCH THE INTERIOR OF THE
BOOTH OR TOUCH WITH BARE HANDS.
Unclamp the sieve deck and clean the deck,
screen, pan, and mounting.
Blow out the duct outlet, then exit the booth,
closing the Aerodecks behind you.
FOR HARD TO CLEAN POWDERS, wipe down
the booth walls, duct covers, and ducts with
clean, damp, cotton towels.
Move the lance assembly up and blow it off.
Open the exhaust duct door and blow out the
interior of the exhaust duct. Close the door.
Blow off the interior of the feed center, vibrator
table, and purge manifold. Clean the feed center
thoroughly.
Open the vertical duct door and blow out the
vertical duct with a short lance, then a long one.
Close the door.
FOR HARD TO CLEAN POWDERS, wipe down
the feed center interior and equipment with clean,
damp cotton towels.
At the feed center control panel, turn ON the Virgin
Transfer Pump.
Turn the Purge Select switch to the Transfer Pump
Purge position.
While the transfer pumps are purging, open the
transfer pan at the bottom of the cyclones and blow
out the pan.
When the transfer pump purge is done, the Color
Change indicator lights continuously.
If the purge sequence ends before the pan is clean,
press and hold the Manual Purge button on the
Reclaim pump panel to finish cleaning the pan.
Close and latch the transfer pan.
One at a time, open the cyclone doors and blow off
the interior of the doors and cyclone with a short
lance, then a long one.
Close and latch the cyclone doors.
Open part doors and top of man doors. Turn OFF the Color Change switch.
Turn OFF the Purge Select switch.
Remove the transfer hoses from the bracket and
connect them to the sieve deck.
Install a new feed hopper or powder box on the
vibratory table.
If using a feed hopper, connect the fluidizing air
tubing to the hopper plenum.
Select the appropriate Powder Source.
Turn ON the Sieve and Reclaim Transfer Pump.
Turn ON the Vibratory Table if using a powder box.
Turn ON and adjust the feed hopper or lance
fluidizing air.
Turn ON the Virgin Transfer Pump, if used.
Turn on the spray guns and start production.
