• Check correct installation of the driver.
• Check correct setting of the COM port.
• Replace the touch screen.

Imprecise touch screen
• Adjust the touch screen
Badge reader
• Check that the reader is connected correctly or replace the reader.
• For serial type readers, check correct installation of the driver and setting
of the COM port;
• For “keyboard”, type readers, check that the reader is connected to the
KB (IN) connector.
• Check the board of the badge reader.
