analog voltage/current or vari-
able resistor input wiring.
Check the input wiring.
• For the analog voltage or variable resistor
input wiring, measure the voltage between
the terminals FC and L with a tester etc. to
check that the voltage is correct.
• For the analog current input wiring, with the
wires disconnected, measure the current
flowing between the power supply and OI
terminals with a tester etc. to check that the
current is correct.

Disable the function, or increase the level at
which the function is activated.

Speed Reference 1 to 15 (A021 to A035).)
