The RS-422/485 Communications Unit (3G3JV-PSI485J) functions as an interface for RS-422/485
general-purpose communications. The communications protocol conforms to MODBUS (same proto-
col as 3G3MV and 3G3RV Inverters). Communications can be used for Inverter control inputs, fre-
quency references, monitoring Inverter operating status, and reading/writing parameter settings.
