ipOutNoRoutes (12) RO
The number of IP datagrams that were discarded
because there was no transmission path. This
counter includes datagrams that attempted to be
sent through ipForwDatagrams, but were dis-
carded because they were set with no-route. This
value indicates the number of datagrams that
could not be transferred because the default gate-
way was down.

The maximum number of seconds to wait to
receive all IP datagrams for reassembly if a frag-
mented IP datagram is received.
