Set Buffer 1
Set the pH value of the buffer 1 solution – see Appendix A for pH tables.
Set Buffer 2
Set the pH value of the buffer 2 solution.
Note. The solution selected for buffer 2 must be at least 2pH greater than that
selected for buffer 1, e.g. if buffer 1 is set to 7pH, buffer 2 must be set to at least
9pH.
