unit is plugged in.

Flashing -
The light turns green when
the Nickel Metal Hydride
battery is fully charged.
It is yellow momentarily
when it is partially
charged.
It will be red when it is not
fully charged.
If the light is flashing,
check the charger
connection.

Turn on the OS1p and go
to diagnostics. Check
battery capacity for the
battery charging level. If it
is low you may want to
charge the system before
use.
Check the connection and
the wall outlet for proper
function.
