<Trouble shooting>
Symptoms
Error message “RS232C: Line Open Error” appeared then data transfer
interrupted.
Cause Could not communicate the PC – Camera recorder.
Resolution
⋅ Does an RS-232C cable use a designated thing? (9pin-9pin Cross)
⋅ Does set SW201 [LOAD] (CAM_SYS P.C.Board) to ON?
⋅ Is the Camera recorder’s power turned on?
⋅ Is connect of each machine done properly? (as shown Figure.3-1)

Before use the VFK1304A confirm the setting of DIP SW as shown in Figure.3-3.
