Butterscotch Sauce
Dish: 1 litre (2 pt) jug
150g (5oz) soft muscovado sugar
75ml (3fl.oz) double cream
75g (3oz) butter
Put all ingredients in a jug. Place on base of oven and cook on HIGH MICROWAVE for 1
min. Stir and continue cooking on HIGH MICROWAVE for 2-3 mins or until smooth and
hot.
