Sharpening the knives

上メス
The upper knife is made of hard metal, so there is no need to
resharpen it for some time. Resharpen the lower knife for the
proper cutting action.
To resharpen the lower knife
Resharpen the lower knife accurately by referring to the illustration
on the right. If you resharpen the lower knife Improperly, insufficient
cutting will be obtained or the lower knife will become immediately
dull. Be careful.
Upper knife
A special knife grinder is needed to resharpen the upper knife. It is
recommended when resharpening the upper knife that you ask
Pegasus directly, or our agents or distributors.
To increase operation efficiency, always prepare a spare upper
knife.
