 LCD (Loss of Cell Delineation) -Near End/Far End
 NCD (No Cell Delineation) -Near End/Far End
 LOPWR (Loss of Power) -Far End
 COMMF: Unable to communicate with peer modem -Far End
 NOPEER: No peer present – Far End
