HANDLEBAR COMPONENT FASTENERS
Use the following image and fastener torque reference table when adjusting / re-locating handlebar components.
IMPORTANT
DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN HANDLEBAR COMPONENT FASTENERS.

Left Handlebar Control Block
20 in-lbs (2.3 N·m)
DO NOT MOVE THE LH CONTROL BLOCK WITHOUT
FIRST LOOSENING THE SCREWS!

Throttle Lever Block Cover Screws
6 in-lbs (0.7 N·m)

Brake Lever / Master Cylinder
60-80 in-lbs (6.8-9 N·m)

Throttle Lever Block Set Screw
27 in-lbs (3.1 N·m)

Upper / Lower Riser Clamps
11 ft-lbs (15 N·m)
Hand Guards (if applicable)
Hand Guard Arm Fasteners - Tighten Until Fully
Seated
Hand Guard Clamp Fasteners -18 in-lbs (2 N·m)
