LED TAIL LIGHT OVERVIEW / SERVICE
The tail / brake light is a sealed assembly and not
serviceable. There are 10 LEDs
q
on the circuit board.
Both the tail and brake circuits are powered by the RD/
WH DC chassis voltage circuit. The tail lamp is always
illuminated when the engine is running.
The brake light circuit is protected by a 2 AMP fuse. This
circuit is closed when the brake lever is pulled. If the fuse
is blown, there is a short in this circuit.
LED TAILLIGHT REMOVAL
1. Remove the two fasteners

securing the taillight
assembly.
2. Carefully pull the taillight assembly forward and
disconnect the taillight connector

. Remove the
taillight assembly

.
LED TAILLIGHT INSTALLATION
1. Position the taillight near its installed position and
connect the taillight connector
w
to the taillight
assembly
e
