Do not service fuel hoses or micro dampers. Replace
with new service assembly.

Fuel Hose- Supply
Supply Quick Connect Fittings (RED)

Fuel Rail Mounting Fasteners
First Pass: 5 ft-lbs (6.5 N·m)
Second Pass: 15 ft-lbs (20 N·m)

Cable Tie

Fuel Injectors
Individual fuel injectors are not serviceable. Replace
both fuel injectors with fuel injector service harness. O-
rings and bushing are serviceable.

Fuel Hose- Return
Return Quick Connect Fittings (BLUE)

O-Ring
Replace with new when removed.

Foam Block

Rubber Bushing
Replace with new when removed.
