Upper Steering Post Mount Fasteners:
20 ft-lbs (27 N·m)
4. Assemble the lower steering post bushings

spacers

, and strap

to the lower steering post
mount. Apply a light film of Polaris Premium Grease
to the bushings.
5. Install fasteners

that secure the lower steering post
clamp to the steering post mount. Torque fasteners to
specification.
TORQUE
Lower Steering Post Bushing Mount Fasteners:
20 ft-lbs (27 N·m)
Do not over-torque.
6. Reconnect the lower steering post to the fixed link
r
using a new flange nut
t
. Torque flange nut to
specification.
TORQUE
Lower Steering Post-to-Fixed Link Rod End Nut:
44 ft-lbs (60 N·m)
