1 Remove single screw and
withdraw
re
gulator handle complete
with
escutcheon from
door
casing.
2 Unscrew nine tappit fixings and remove side
door
casing panel.
3 Remove six
1 UNF set screws. complete
with
lockwasher
s.
and detach regulator
mechanism mounting plate.
4 Peel the waterproof panel from the base
of
the door and raise
to
cl
ea
r r
eg
ulator mechanism.
5 Lower regulator
me
chanism and slide
opera
ti
ng arm from
window
regulator channel.

1 Remo
ve
regulator handle and
door
ca
sing
as
previously described.
2 Unhook lock
to
rem
ote control
me
chanism
linkage at remote control.
3 Unscrew
two
No. 8 and one No. 6 screws
and remove remote control from
door
.
4 Remove four
1 UNF countersunk screws
and lockwashers and
withdraw
side
door
lock.
complete
with
remote control linkage.
5 Remove retaining clips and rivet. and
disconnect linkage from lock.

rse
order.

6 Detach external side door handle (both
locking and non-locking}

removing the
2BA
and 1 BSF set screws and washers.
