E10 PROTECTION COVER OPEN ALARM
Cause:
- Protection cover open.
Remedy:
- Close the cover and press the Reset button.
Cause:
- Limit switch malfunction.
Remedy:
- replace power switch.
E15 WARNING “DOOR VIOLATION CHECK ALARM”
Cause:
- The safety module found a discrepancy among the 2 micro-switches placed on the cover.
Remedy:
- Check the micro-switches on the cover.
E20 THERMAL PROTECTION ALARM
Cause:
- Thermal or magneto - thermal relay protection.
Remedy:
- Eliminate the overload cause, reset guards with the specific reset. Press the "Reset"
button.
E30 FAULT INVERTER OVERLOAD
Cause:
- Inverter in error.
Remedy:
- Check the alarm on the inverter display and refer to the technical manual.
E40 ROTATING RING IMPROPERLY TIMED WITH THE SEALING
Cause:
- Rotating ring and sealing improperly timed.
Remedy:
- If the units are in homing position, check the sensors; otherwise, move them to “Home”
position manually.
E42 ROTATING RING IMPROPERLY TIMED
Cause:
- Rotating ring improperly timed.
Remedy:
- Check the rotation Home sensor.
E50 WARNING “BUS CAN OPEN COMMUNICATION ALARM”
Cause:
- The PLC can’t gather information from the CAN OPEN hubs.
Remedy:
- Check the BUS connection on the modules and on the PLC.
E60 PRODUCT INFEED PHOTOCELL ALARM
Cause:
- The photocell detects that the product is not in the correct position or that the reflector is
not properly aligned.
Remedy:
- Remove the product or align the photocell with the reflector.
E61 PRODUCT OUTFEED PHOTOCELL ALARM
Cause:
- The photocell detects that the product is not in the correct position or that the reflector is
not properly aligned.
Remedy:
- Remove the product or align the photocell with the reflector.
