o Log off the system.
o Shut down the system and switch off the main
analyzer if there is no other shift.

Steps for finishing the shift (Continued)
If you intend not to use the ISE unit for more than one week, you should deactivate it. This
saves ISE fluids, reduces wear and tear of the tubing, and lowers the likelihood of malfunc-
tions and errors occurring. (See Deactivating the ISE unit on page F-68.)
