Return values:
'<String>' VISA address string; see example below.
*RST: *RST has no effect on the value. The address string
is fixed; see example below.
Example:
SYSTem:COMMunicate:USB:VRESource?
Query the VISA resource string of the USB interface. The
response is 'USB::0x0AAD::0x57::0000000::INSTR'.

Enables or disables the VXI-11 interface.
