Sartorius Service is available for queries regarding the device. For information about
the service addresses, services provided, or to contact a local representative, please
visit the Sartorius website (www.sartorius.com).
When contacting Sartorius Service with questions about the system or in the event
of malfunctions, be sure to have the device information, e.g., serial number, hard-
ware, firmware, configuration, close at hand. Consult the information on the
manufacturer’s ID label and in the “Device Information” menu (see Chapter “4.5.1
Overview of the Device Settings Menu”, page 17).
