Tightening torques
Special tools
1 Remove the radiator according to the
description in Group 02, Cooling system.
2 Remove the fan ring and the fan. Keep the
fan upright.
Note: The crankshaft seal seals against the
pulley. Handle the pulley with care.
Bolts for crankcase ventilation pipe against rocker cover 12 Nm
Bolts for torsion damper 80 Nm + 45°

3 Remove the poly-V-belt and pulley.
