D Appendix: Software Maintenance
Purchasing yearly software maintenance enables future feature protection and guarantees access to the
latest software for the Probe.
The software maintenance can be purchased for a two or four year period, typically purchased together
with the system itself, during which new major releases can be installed.
The current software maintenance period is displayed in the About — License view, see chapter 6.19.2
for more details. For an overview of software maintenance periods for multiple units, please refer to the
Equipment view on the VideoBRIDGE Controller server.
Use the Data — Software view to update the VB220 software, please refer to chapter 6.18.2.
