The gateway supports sending readings and alarms (see section 11.2.9 - ALARM) over HTTP(s). Both deliveries
require a user and password to be configures and the HTTP(s) server URL where to send the information.
HTTP/HTTPS
• User name used to connect to the HTTP(s) Server
• User Password
Reading
• HTTP(s) Server URL to send the reading files
Alarms
• HTTP(s) Server URL to send the reading files
Click the “Save” button to save the configuration. To validate this configuration, click on Test button for the
readings and alarms to test both deliveries.
NOTE
For details regarding the HTTPS(s) server requirements to support the gateway HTTP(s) delivery, please refer
to the section 18 - APPENDIX B: GATEWAY HTTP/HTTPS SERVER REQUIREMENTS
NOTE
If the Alarms switch is ON and a URL is configured, the Gateway supported alarms monitoring system will be
active and alarms will be generated and delivered if their trigger conditions are met. For details regarding the
available alarms, please refer to the section 11.2.9 - ALARM.
• HTTP/HTTPS alarms are created as csv files, containing the fields: Gateway Id (gateway MAC
ADDRESS), timestamp (data and time), Alarm Code and Alarm Description.
• The csv alarm file name will be identified as:
GTW_MACADDRESS_ALR_ALARMCODE_DATA_TIME.CSV (ZIP if compression is
active/configured as described in section 11.2.9 - ALARM)
• A unique csv file will be created for each alarm triggered in the Gateway.
Alarm file name example: GTW_A0F6FD8A4390_ALR_01_20190729_143000.csv
Alarm file content example:
GATEWAY_ID, ALARM_DATE, ALARM_CODE, ALARM_DESC

11.2.6 Scheduler
In order for the gateway to collect meter readings and send them either via SMTP email or via FTP, it is
necessary to configure one or more schedules on the scheduler page.
