An actual value fluctuating within the hysteresis limits will cause only one interrupt, when it
reaches a switching point.
All switching points which are reached in one traversing direction cause the exact triggering of an
interrupt. When the direction is reversed, the switching point is shifted by the hysteresis value!
Then the value is exact again.
Accordingly, high hysteresis values entail high losses of accuracy.
The lowest parameterized track value must exceed the hysteresis value.
