9ASSISTANCE
Silca provides full service to purchasers of the IDEA key-cutting machine. To ensure complete safety to the
operator and machine, any job not specified in this manual should only be carried out by the manufacturer
or recommended Silca Service Centres.
On the back cover of this manual is a list of the manufacturer’s addresses; listed below are the addresses of
specialized service centres.
9.1 H OW TO REQUEST SERVICE
The guarantee attached to the IDEA ensures free repairs or replacements of faulty parts within  months
of the date of purchase. All other service calls must be arranged by the customer with Silca or specialized
Silca service centres.
