6.2.10 Machine Messages
6.2.10.1 ALARM
MESSAGES
Nº 1
This message indicates that during advancement the
cutter or tracer point has encountered an unexpected
obstacle. For example:
• a foreign body has been left on the clamp.
• the key has not been positioned properly (vertical
instead of horizontal) or does not correspond to the one
required by the selected SSN.
• a clamp has been installed different from the one
required for the job/decoding in progress.
• the wrong adapter has been fitted or is not required for
the job/decoding in progress.
Nº 2
The message indicates that the clamp required by the
program flow for cutting or decoding has not been gauged.
Carry out the CLAMP GAUGING instructions given.
Nº 3
The permitted temperature has been exceeded on the
electronic control board. Check the cooling fan (see ch.7.1
"Trouble shooting").
Nº 4
Signals that the fuse has cut out due to a short circuit in
one of the inputs or outputs (see ch.7.1 "Trouble
shooting").
Nº 5
Signals a short circuit on port P (IN/OUT) (see ch.7.1
"Trouble shooting").
Nº 6
Signals that fuse F1 has probably cut out (see ch.7.1
"Trouble shooting").
Nº 7
Signals a fault on the electronic circuit board.
