The set comprises:
K2
: Tailstock for keys with rear stop.

: Adapter for reading (install on S100 clamp in place of S100-B mobile clamp).

: Adapter (E = ID initial), used for reading some types of keys (install on S100-E11mobile clamp) (see
diagram "TYPE OF KEYS", page 47).

: Adapter (F or G = ID initial), used for reading some types of keys (install on S100-E11 mobile clamp
according to the type of key) (see diagram "TYPE OF KEYS", page 47).

: Template for gauging the cutting unit with K2 tailstock (Gauging – Cutting unit – Clamp S1-K2)
Note: before starting any operation for keys with rear
stops the K1 tailstock must be removed. Simply loosen the
screw (W) with the wrench (T4) (fig. 59) and push the K1
tailstock to the left in order to remove it from its seat.
If this is not done, an alarm will appear, even in the case of
a simple reading operation: ALARM 17

To install K2 tailstock:
1) Loosen the knob (T1) by turning it anticlockwise until the
rotating clamp (S1) can be moved to the end of run towards
the operator, then use the (T4) wrench to tighten the rotating
clamp screw (V1) in order to close the self-centring jaws.
2) Fit the K2 tailstock into its seat, slightly inclined to the left, with
the fixing cam (C) (fig. 60) aligned with the slide runners and
secure by tightening the screw (W1) (fig. 67, page 48) with
the (T4) wrench.
3) Take the (S1) rotating clamp towards the K2 tailstock so that
they fit together perfectly, then secure by tightening the knob
(T1).
Note: use the (T4) wrench to loosen the screw (V1), in order
to open the jaws of the (S1) rotating clamp, exerting normal
pressure to secure the K2 tailstock firmly to the (S1)
rotating clamp.
