Clamp: S100 A-B = indicates the clamp ( S100 ) into which the key must be fitted, and which jaw to use.
Stop 0 = reference or positioning point on the key reading clamp.
5.4.1 Reading keys with front stop (double bit, single bit - male)
1) open the fixed clamp (A) and the mobile clamp (B) by exerting pressure on the jaw lever.
2) fit the key into the special V-shaped groove (axis X1) taking the bit all the way into the fixed clamp (A).
ATTENTION: position the key so that the highest tooth is facing left, ensuring contact with the stop (0) on the
vertical side of the tooth.
3) release the jaw lever.
4) place the mobile clamp (B) in the ideal position for the stem between the bit and head making sure that
between the bit and internal side of the mobile clamp (B) there is a distance of min. 3 mm and max. 10 mm.
5) when the reading process is started, the carriage takes the key into contact with the laser beam along the
path and in the direction indicated by the broken line.
6) at the end of the cycle see the message on the display in order to continue (see ch.5.4.2).

5.4.2 Cutting keys with front stop (double bit, single bit - male)
Clamp: S1- K1 = indicates which clamp ( S1 ) and tailstock ( K1 ) to use for gripping the key.
Stop 0 = reference or positioning point on the key cutting clamp.
Cutter: 1.25 = thickness of the cutter currently selected (press SHIFT+ENTER to change thickness)
Brass/Steel = material of the key (press SHIFT+ ? to change material)
