ESSAGES
This message is an example and refers to the use of the
Standard cutter (PL 1.25).
The message indicates that the key to be cut has a tooth
with a minimum width of 1.00 mm and the Standard cutter
is installed.
In this case the difference between the width of the cutter
and the tooth is within the maximum tolerance of 0.25 mm.
The machine allows the operator to proceed and when
START is pressed the 1.00 mm tooth will be cut with the
PL 1.25 cutter and therefore widened equally on the left
and right, as per drawing 1 on page 110.
The message indicates that the combination relating to the
cutting operation must be completed; no cuts can be
skipped.
The lock system number entered is not in the archive.
Indicates a machine function not yet available.
Indicates that the machine should ALWAYS be turned off
in order to remove or fit the ROTATING clamp, otherwise
the electronic circuit board could be damaged.
The message requires the T wrench to be inserted into its
housing or pocket to avoid damaging the machine or
cutting process if it is out of place.
The message indicates that a type of key is being
reproduced without first having read the original.
Note: the machine is able to hold only the last key read in
its memory.
The message indicates that the characteristics of the key
will not allow decoding by card.
The message indicates that with S1-K1 manual
adjustments, if a value of X =+... is set the K1 tailstock
could be damaged. (first tooth in proximity of the tailstock
has a height value of less than 4.5 mm).
