Components on the board
LEDs
IMPORTANT
There are two versions of this board. In the case of the TS dentist
element, a jumper is connected (JUMP1 causes the holder recognition
sequence to be reversed) and the first photoelectric barrier is extended.
In the case of the CS dentist element, there is no jumper and the
photoelectric barrier is not extended. This is necessary because of the
different board installation positions in the dentist element versions.
LED Color Function
36 V Green 36 V input voltage
5 V Green Generated +5 V voltage
3.3 V Green Generated +3.3 V voltage
RUN Green Flashes 1x per second during normal operation
Error Red Lights up continuously in the event of a solenoid valve error:
The flashing code with the highest priority is always signaled in the case of the yellow
LEDs of the solenoid valves. As soon as one error is corrected, the error with the next
lowest priority starts to flash. Once all errors have been corrected, the error LED goes
out.
2x flashes: Loss of communication with DSA
Reset Red Lights up while the board is performing a reset
BOOT yellow Lights up after switching on and remains lit until completion of the boot process
MV21.1 yellow Illuminated: Motor/High-speed handpiece active
2x flashes: Solenoid valve shorted or overloaded
3x flashes: Solenoid valve affected by ground fault or line disruption
MV21.2 yellow Illuminated: Motor/High-speed handpiece active
2x flashes: Solenoid valve shorted or overloaded
3x flashes: Solenoid valve affected by ground fault or line disruption
