recorded in the last 13 months. If you do not obey,
there is a risk of death or serious injury.
IMPORTANT
The Owner’s annual inspection record is located
on the mast assembly. It must be filled out after an
annual inspection has been completed. Do not use
the MEWP if an inspection has not been recorded
in the last 13 months.
