Explanation
Status In the drop-down menu you can either call up all messages or just the ones that are new or
that you already read:
• Not approved messages: new
• Approved messages: read
• all
In the table, the status is displayed in the Confirmed column with the corresponding symbol.
System/Devices The portal, the system and all devices of your system are listed in the drop-down list.
• To display the messages in SunnyPortal, the SunnyHomeManager system and the
devices, select All.
• To only display messages of a specific product, select the respective product (e.g.
SB4.0-1A-41).
The selected product can be found in the column PV system/Devices in the table.
Confirming messages:
Requirement:
☐ You must have the user role Installer or PV System Administrator (see Section16.1, page114).
1. To confirm individual messages, select in the required message line and the column Confirmed.
2. To confirm all messages check the checkbox Confirm all above the table.
14.2.6 Configuring Reports
Requirement:

You can configure different types of event reports, each with different content:

Message regarding grounding errors, residual current and the grid disconnecting device

In addition, you can create a report for a specific date in the past.
