10 Configuration of the SunnyHomeManager system
In the Configuration menu on the page PV system properties you can change system properties and add details to
optimize the functionality of your PV system.
The menu page PV system properties includes the following 5 tabs:
• System data
• String configuration
• Operator/installer
• Parameter
• Data release
10.1 System data
10.1.1 Overview System Data
This tab lists general data relevant to the PV system. Some of the information is displayed on the PV system profile
page.
System Data Area
Under PV system data the name of your PV system, the system identifier, the day of commissioning and the exact
location are displayed. Here, you can add to or change these data that were already entered during the registration
of the SunnyHomeManager system.
Furthermore, the system can be permanently deleted here.
Section: Power
The nominal PV system power is the sum of the power of all PV modules. It can be calculated automatically from the
data in the device properties.
The nominal PV system power is required in order to display the following data:
• Specific system yield
• Average expected yield
Description
You can describe your system here. The description appears on the PV system profile page. The editor can format
text, but does not support HTML.
PV system image area
Here can replace the standard PV system image with a user-defined system image.
The user-defined system image will also be displayed at the following locations:
• On the PV system profile page
• If pages have been released for SunnyPortal, the PV system image will be shown on the list of released systems
on the www.SunnyPortal.com home page.
You can save several images in a gallery in SunnyPortal. This makes it easy to change the system image and access
your images from different computers.
10.1.2 Changing System Data
Requirement:
☐ You must have the user role Installer or PV System Administrator (see Section16.1, page114).
