4.4.3 Resync I/O
The 24
th
group button, Resync I/O, is used for resyncing the output/bus names between Pro Tools and
Tango. Tango stores the output names locally, so whenever you rename, add or remove busses or
outputs in Pro Tools simply touch Resync I/O and Tango will scan the first channel for the names.
Before you you run the output/bus rescan ensure that the first channel in your Pro Tools session is
either an Audio Track or Instrument Channel.

NOTE:
All paths and sub-paths MUST have a unique name otherwise Tango will not be
able to distinguish between the paths and sub-paths. In particular, if you rename a
multi-channel path, its sub-paths will be automatically assigned the same name
with sub-path extensions added at the end. In this case, if you do NOT delete the
sub-paths then Tango will likely route the channel to one of the sub-paths
instead of the path.
Any outputs that are not named according to the rules described above will be
assigned to the Others button.
For the best performance keep the total number of paths to a minimum.
