4.3.3 Check items after starting
Check the following items after starting the product.
 There is no leakage from piping.
 There is no drain of circulating fluid from the drain port.
 The circulating fluid pressure is within the specified range.
 The tank level is within the specified range.
When an Alarm is seen, press the [STOP] key and then turn off the
power supply switch to stop the product, and turn off the breaker of
the user’s power supply to isolate the product.
