Chapter 4 Service Procedure
HRS Series 4.5 Replacement Procedure
Be sure to shut off the breaker of the facility power supply (the user’s
machine power supply) before replacement work.

Removal (Between tank-pump)
1. Discharge the circulating fluid referring the 4.2.2 Discharge of the circulating fluid and facility water.
2. Remove the upper panel and the side panel on the left referring the 4.2.1 Removal and the mounting
of the panel.
3. Remove the hose clamp and remove the hose.
For the HRS030, cut the cable tie which fixes the hose between the pump and circulating fluid outlet port.

Mounting (Between tank-pump)
1. Mount the hose using the hose clamp.
2. Hold the hose with the hose clamp.
For the HRS030, fix the hose between the pump and circulating fluid outlet port with a
cable tie to prevent the hose between the tank and pump from touching the fan motor
bracket.
3. Mount the upper panel and the side panel on the left in reversed order of removal.
Check the hose is not twisted after connecting.
